Navel: 528 Hz

Release Date: August 15, 2025

There’s something very soothing about ambient New Age music, particularly that which is recorded at a Solfeggio frequency. Some even find it quite healing. And the creation of ambient music is also its own musical art form with its own structure however freeform it may seem. Here, in this new single, “Navel 528 Hz,” by Allan Susoeff, Jr., a.k.a. Extasis, we have an ultra-relaxing 4-1/2-minute song that’s released as one of the singles from his forthcoming album to be released in 2026.

Multiple scientific studies have proved that music, in general, can positively affect the human autonomic and parasympathetic nervous system as well as reduce stress, but the full effects of Solfeggio frequencies are still being studied. However, here is what we do know: Solfeggio frequencies are a set of six or more specific musical frequencies each with its own specific purposes. The original six frequencies are 396 Hz, 417 Hz, 528 Hz, 639 Hz, 741 Hz, and 852 Hz.

The 528 Hz frequency, which is what we have here in “Navel 528 Hz,” is sometimes referred to as the “love frequency” or “miracle tone,” and is often used in sound therapy and energy healing practices to promote emotional balance and well-being.

This frequency is associated with specific potential benefits like stress reduction, decreased cortisol levels, increased oxytocin levels, general relaxation, and even claims of DNA repair. It is also thought to help release energetic blockages and facilitate emotional healing.

While research is ongoing, many people report positive experiences like reduced anxiety, improved mood, the promotion of healing, an overall sense of well-being and a more balanced state of mind and body when listening to music tuned to this frequency.

The song, “Navel 528 Hz” is focused on the solar plexus chakra, or “Manipura.” It is here we can achieve the most peace and balance as this is our “power” chakra and is associated with self-esteem, sense of purpose, and personal identity, however the song overall is completely calming and soothing.

Allan also added binaural beats to the song. Some believe that binaural beats can influence brainwave activity, a process called “brainwave entrainment,” which can also help people relax, sleep or focus. This is a soft, flowing, gentle song created using synths, synth pads and strings, singing bowls, flute, oboe, bar chimes, and field recordings of various birds. It’s a great mix, too, where not one element stands out glaringly from the other. This is perfectly lovely in every aspect. If you’re longing for a completely tranquil, serene, calming, meditative, and healing song, this is for you.
